Method Commercial is about doing the work we love.  It’s using real estate to create opportunities, address challenges, and build legacies.  We’re a collaborative, well-tooled firm equipped to do our best every day. 

Like our clients, we’re entrepreneurs.  We understand the importance of every decision made and every dollar spent.  We know a successful business has laser-sharp focus.  Ours is selling and buying non-institutional office, retail, and multifamily real estate.  We’ve chosen this niche because of the partnerships it creates with our clients. 

Many agents and firms dabble in these deals.  This is our core business and we have built an infrastructure and culture that enables us to come to the marketplace with the efficiency, speed, and reach to deliver results.

We guide clients through a discovery process focused on uncovering their distinct stories and clarifying their specific goals, and only then do we develop a project-specific marketing plan designed to attract the best buyer.

We continually assimilate data about neighborhoods, the challenges and benefits of various building types, market economics, zoning and local legislation, and current capital options.

We use proprietary control tables, timelines and processes to avoid surprises and unknowns. We vet all third-parties on both sides. We know what is supposed to happen, when and whose job it is to do it.

We take a non-transactional approach in a transactional industry. Our goal is to help our clients add value to their businesses and investment portfolios over the long-term by choosing the right deals along the way.
